Three Ways to Float Your Metal
Float Mount Hangers
Our default hanging method is the Float Mount Hanger, because it’s the lowest profile way to uphold the simple beauty of your MetalPrint. Floating your MetalPrint ½” off the wall when hung, our Float Mount Hanger includes a sawtooth which makes it especially easy to install. It’s also among our most popular mounting options for its cost efficiency, and we recommend it for those who might be new to MetalPrints. Choose our Float Mount Hanger for MetalPrints from sizes 4x4” to 24x36”.
Inset Frames
Inset Frames are the next step up from our Float Mount Hangers, made from aluminum for a rigid way to back your MetalPrint. Recessed from the edges of the print, Inset Frames come in ¾” or 1-¼” depth which makes them a great alternative for floating your MetalPrint off the wall. Choose a French Cleat for more stability, or a Wire Hanger for even quicker and easier installation. Inset Frames are available for sizes 8x8" to 48x96".
Float Frames
Float Frames take your MetalPrint to a new level, adding substantial depth and stunning impact to your image. Available in 8 mouldings, Float Frames display your images with a 1/4-inch space between the frame and each metal edge, for a beautiful floating effect.
